The Rules and Regulations for recreational vehicles has been revised
RULES AND REGULATIONS BOATS, TRAILERS, JET SKIS, AND CAMPERS (revised 9/09) The following Rules and Regulations have been created by the Board of Directors regarding the parking of boats, trailers, Jet Skis, and campers at Pebble Beach. 1.Parking must be in the designated area by "G" Building. Parking is on a first come, first serve basis. If all of the spaces are full, please contact Association Management Company for temporary parking (less than 7 days). 2.No item may be kept in the parking area that is not in good repair, properly licensed, and operational. The Association reserves the right to have these items towed at the owners expense. 3.There will be a $25.00 annual fee and parking permit required. Notice will be mailed by the management company. Only one permit per unit and only one boat, Jet Ski, or camper per unit is allowed. 4.If the condominium is rented on a weekly basis, guests must obtain a temporary tag that has a one (1) week expiration. The tag must be obtained by contacting the management company. 5.If the condominium is rented on a long term basis (90 days or longer), a parking pass may be issued to the guest rather than the homeowner. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to contact the management company for a guest parking pass. 6.If the Board of Directors deems a boat, trailer, jet ski, or camper to be abandoned, The Association reserves the right under the Emerald Isle Town Ordinance which provides for the removal of abandoned property from private property. The ordinance provides that such vehicles be impounded and sold to recover the cost of storage (Town of Emerald Isle Code Section 9-41). 7.There is limited parking available on the premises and it is not intended for permanent parking (storage) of recreational vehicles. The Association requests that these items be removed when you are not on the premises. Should the parking area become full and/or items appear to be stored for long periods of time, the Board of Directors reserves the right to require that all items be removed from the parking area during certain months of the year. |
